Tammy Lemieux

Tammy is a Hatha Yoga Practitioner and a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor.  She has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years, and has been a Massage Therapist/Holistic Health Practitioner since 1995. Tammy is originally from the East Coast and came to California in 1989 while serving in the United States Marine Corps.   She owned "The Pilates Place" in Encinitas, California from 2002-2009 and  "Zen Flow Pilates" in Escondido, California from 2010-2020.  Tammy also  worked at the Santa Luz golf resort in San Diego, teaching a variety of classes including Yoga, Pilates Spin, TRX, and Golf Biomechanics. Tammy is also a  Feng Shui Consultant and has studied Numerology for years. She believes that nourishing your body and mind, and the environment you live in daily is what makes us happy. She loves to share her knowledge and experience with clients of all ages and gender. Tammy hosted her first Yoga retreat in Costa Rica and looks forward to hosting more in the future. Living in Tucson has brought many changes not only in her environment but in the peace that the desert has brought her and looks forward to hosting her first Yoga retreat at her property her in the beautiful Sonoran Desert.
